The 10th century setting, the enormous rooms were great and comfortable, bathroom clean and also big. Location is great as well, just behind the Old Town Square. There was free wifi in the room so I could use my laptop The staff was very friendly and helpful. Parking is inside a courtyard which is great Breakfast was very good To summarize, we enjoyed our stay and it was a good idea to choose this hotel
there was a very noisy bar at the other side of the street, but hey, this is Prague city centre :)

Excellent location! Right in the middle of everything! We never took a bus or a taxi, but were able to take us anywhere by foot. Just a few footsteps away from the old town square and 2 minutes walk the shopping area. Friendly and helpful staff and clean rooms. We were 4 adults and 1 teenager and it was perfect with an apartment with 2 rooms. Highly recommended.
The only downside was that one couldn´t keep the windows open during the night because of noises from the street behind the hotel. With windows closed it was totally quiet though. Would have been perfect with a "real" shower, but the one in the huge bathtub was good.

The location of the hotel is perfect, right off the old square and close to all main attractions. there is a downside to this as there is a late pub nearby with students hanging around the window, which can get quite noisy at night. Despite this, the rooms are spacious and the bathroom is modern. the service provided by the staff is excellent and the breakfast is delicious. the hotel also offers a secure courtyard for parking.
The entrance to the hotel is a bit tatty and could use some refurbishment.

Perfect location, but some of the rooms are in front of a very noisy pub. Otherwise just excellent.

The staff was incredible! The location was great, we were able to walk to all of the in town tourist attractions. The room was very large and the clean. We would stay here again and I will recommend it to all of our friends.
We had light bulbs that were out that was not fixed. The parking rate is high.

Perfect location, right off the old square and in the heart of the city. Cleanliness was impeccable, everything was spotless. Huge rooms, plenty of space for relaxation. Breakfast in the basement restaurant was delicious and had a wide variety of options. Staff was sweet, apologetic, and always ready to help.
Nothing, all was good.

Location was fantastic. Private parking was secure. Price from Booked.net was fantastic.
We were in Prague with great weather - temps in the high 70's to low 80'S. Apartment 4 on the 2nd Floor was extra hot. Open the windows to cool it down a little and suffer the noise and smoke from the restaurant/bar (La Provence) across the street that closed around midnight and the bar (Chapeau Rouge) across the street that stayed open until 4 am. Close the windows and sweat to death. Sleep was impossible. If they had ac or if the apartment faced a different street this would have been great. As it was, we spent 3 sleepless nights in Prague. They did have ac in the lobby... Go in the cooler months and close the windows!

We had a fantastic stay at this place! The location couldn't have been better, as it was right on a main street in the heart of the city. It was so convenient to have everything right at our doorstep. The service here was top-notch, with staff who went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The room amenities were excellent, from the air conditioning and tea and coffee facilities to the mini-bar and in-room safe. We were truly spoiled with all the luxuries provided. And let's not forget about the leisure facilities - the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, and we enjoyed relaxing in the bar/lounge area while watching the flat-screen TV. this venue offered enhanced comfort and quality services that made our stay truly memorable.
We highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a luxurious and comfortable stay.
